Make sure u got open spaces,if u got more than 10 Villagers,pls adjust the system time back for one month(Avoid holidays, weekends, KK concerts),once u changed ,pls go back to ur isl4nd, whoever has clouds on his head will leave,if u do not want the guy to leave,then pls do not keep on a file,then adjust the system time back for 2 days,then the clouds will transfer to another guy.Below are the step to change the system time:Settings-Host-Time/Date-Turn off network time synchronization-Flight mod u can only talk to the Villager one time when u invite it ，if u talk to it more than one time,it will show ur island is full,then u can not invite it
